DEPRESSION
Depression is a constant feeling of sadness and loss of interest, which stop you doing your normal activities. Different types of depression exist, with symptoms ranging from relatively minor to severe, depression does not result from a single event but from a mix of events and factors.
ANGER MANAGMENT
Anger is frequently a result of frustration or of feeling blocked or thwarted from something. Managing anger doesn’t mean never getting angry, instead it involves learning how to recognize, cope with and express your anger in healthy and productive ways. Anger management is a skill that everyone can learn. Even if you think you have your anger under control, there’s always room for improvement.
ANXIETY
Anxiety are intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating and feeling tired may occur. Anxiety is only an indicator of underlying feelings.
EATING DISORDER
Eating disorders defined by abnormal eating behaviours that negatively affect a persons physical wellbeing.
Each: anorexia, bulimia, pica, rumination, avoidant / restrictive, night eating, over eating
SUICIDE
Difficult to think about other choices or ways to solve problems. Each individual is unique, there is no single reason as to why someone thinks about or commits suicide. However there are several factors that may contribute to someone having suicidal thoughts.

Trauma is an emotional response caused by severe distressing events such as accidents, violence, rape, terror, life event or sensory overload.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy is an evidence based psychotherapy that began with efforts to treat personality disorders and interpersonal conflict useful in treating mood disorders and suicidal ideation, as well changing behavioural patterns such as self-harm.

LEARNING DISABILITIES
Learning disabilities are disorders that affect the ability to understand or use spoken or written language. Do mathematical calculations, coordinate movement. Learning disabilities are lifelong challenges with reading, writing and math. ADHD IS NOT A LEARNING DISABILITY!
AUDITORY PROCESSING
Auditory processing affecting the ability to understand speech. Currently, there’s no known definite cause, it may be linked to ear infection, premature birth or head trauma.
DYSLEXIA
Dyslexia affects the ability to read, spell, write and speak, trouble connecting the letters they see to the sounds those letters make.
LANGUAGE PROCESSING
Language processing disorder is a type of learning disability that affects an individual’s ability to understand, express and process language, even though they may have normal intelligence and no hearing or speech problems.
DYSGRAPHIA
Dysgraphia is a neurological disorder and learning disability that concerns written expression, which affects the ability to write, primarily handwriting but also coherence.
NONVERBAL LEARNING
(nonverbal learning don’t mean can’t talk / no voice)
Nonverbal learning affects a person’s understanding of nonverbal information such as concepts and patterns. It’s often not spot due to strong vocabularies, reading and rote language skills.
DYSCALCULIA
Dyscalculia is difficulty learning or comprehending arithmetic, such as difficulty in understanding numbers, learning how to manipulate numbers, performing mathematical calculations, and learning facts in mathematics.
VISUAL PERCEPTUAL
Visual perceptual a hindered ability to make sense of information taken in through the eyes. Affect how visual information is interpreted or processed by the brain. Occur when the brain has trouble making sense of the visual input it receives. Its distinct from visual impairment in that there is no blindness or issue with the functioning of the eyes.
